The money spent should be repaid by the value of the property siezed under the proceeds of crime laws.
We need to hit them in the pocketbook .

Can always use somebody's ID, like somebody from high-school who I really hated. But gave them my bank account info where they send the cash. That way I get paid and that certon high-school friend won't be going to his future high-school reunion. It's a win-win scenario *evil laugh*

Well 3 million to get rid of the Hells angels in Québec that's a real good deal!

There whole organization is out that will save taxes payer a lot more money.

Now the Hells angels can have the ROC for themselves where they are softer on organize crime!

Enjoy

Just wondering what will happen in Quebec now.

The Hells were kind of like the enforcers, holding everything together and keeping it in check.
The Grandpas of crime that the young ones not really looked up too, but were scared of getting a beating from.

With them gone, I don't think that the street gangs will be able to enforce themselves. There will be wars.

Nahh the street gangs will have to find a way to import the dope themselves that was the main role of the Hells. So my main guess is that they will rely more and more on organize crime from the ROC to keep up with the demand.

Sure they will fight for the territory and they will get busted more easily without the Hells contact and know how.
