I know a transport driver and he told me once that he sees a lot of people engaged in various sex acts on the 401.. I suggested he watch the road ... but this news item is just too out there. lol

I think it's a fairly reasonable assumption that she was enjoying herself. Also, I like how two people got the exact same joke within like a minute of one another.
