Actually there was a guy in Boise Idaho who took a Zamboni into a McDonald's drive through a few years back. I know the rink manager at that time who is Canadian. He had to let the guy(s) go but thought it was funny as hell.

There was another guy in New Jersey who was charged with DUI on a Zamboni but was let off because it's not considered a motor vehicle.
