From what I recall of this story awhile back, the
tree house might not have drawn negative attention
if it had been in the back yard instead of the front.
I think the guy was a showboat and smartass putting it
in his front yard.
I mean, what if one of his neighbours had put a giant NASCAR
shaped treehouse in the front yard, and another one a huge
dildo-shaped treehouse out front ? Wouldn't they have the same
situation ?

true, but he is an architect and designed it himself. maybe there were no trees in the back to build a tree house? besides, it was only one cranky old bat of a 'neighbor' that complained.

Wow. Superlame. I think I would make up a counter court-order to have the crotchety bastard who did this get a new face because it's ugly and no one wants to see it.
