Good thing the US didn't. Reasonable levels of Inspection/Regulation is the only way to ensure Food Safety.

Yes...we also might have liked the USA to stop
pretending it had no cases of Mad Cow a few years ago,
rather than their using the highly effective
backhoe-and-quicklime "who....me ?" technique.

Nice. I'm sure when it comes to standardizing regulations in the food industry, consumers would rather see the more stringent guidlines accepted.

Nice to see Gery Ritz involved on some level. The guy is a moron.
