Could've been worse. Could've been in the apartment
of a former biker chick who has big hooties, and therefore
it would be Stephen Harper's fault.

So whose fault is it this time?

I'm sure we know who the CBC would like to blame.

yup.. some liberal civil servant, he probably stole itand didn't find it...that's why it was turned over to the CBC

Why should we believe that the CBC is telling us the whole story about the document?

When I saw the thread title, before even reading any comments, right off I was gonna say that somehow they would find somekind of way to blame Bernier.

a little information from another source..conveniently left out by the CBC.

"The phrase "Protected B" is at the top of each page.

Protected B is the second lowest grade of classified government document. Environment Canada spokesperson Julie Hahn said it applies to letters of complaint, criticism or injury, research or scientific notes and findings before conclusions have been reached and Treasury Board letters, agendas and minutes that do not deal with subjects of national interest."

sounds like a bunch of nothing as usual but than what else do we get from the CBC

Second lowest grade of classified is still classified.

about as classified as the lunch menu Bernier supposedly left behind
