HTC is fine but its windows based and crashes and freezes just like every other windows product

nope i've had mine for almost a year, no problems and no damn blackberry plan.
+ all the code you want to stick on it. tons of apps.

I work in wireless and i see them come back every day... just because yours workes doesn't mean that its not still a sucky product.
there is an exception to every rule
