Trump is 0 for 2 so far. The US' own trade comission has unanimously voted twice against his unfair Tarriffs.

So much for the myth of 'Trump gets things done'.

Even though the tariff was turned around by this commission Trump did stop the Bombardier deal. And on the newsprint the newspapers are all dying anyway so it's kind of an empty victory...Yay, we get to sell newsprint to almost nobody!

No he didn't. Boeing lost.

Bombardier partnered with Airbus to build the jet in the US and avoid the tariffs. Trump had nothing to do with it.

Letting them die is one thing, but killing them over an unfair trade practice is another.

And physical news print still matters to small newspapers and advertisers.

$1:
The vote comes after U.S. newspapers had campaigned to lift the duties that had pushed a core expense higher and forced layoffs at some papers. The U.S. imported an estimated $1.21 billion US worth of uncoated groundwood paper last year.
This sounds like an internal trade war. Big fish eating little fish.
The Resolute company is huge and runs operations in both countries.
