Typical of Canada's Pravda to explain away the Pretty Leaders lack of promised transparency by using the "Conservatives did it". schtick.

To bad this article turned into nothing more than a fluff piece used to bash the Conservatives while deflecting the blame for the Trudeau gov'ts failing to keep yet another promise.

Keep up the good honest unbiased journalistic work CBC. [B-o]

Calling out Conservative rhetoric was getting tiresome too.

When the Cons were running things, the typical argument was "well the Liberals did it too"... now it's the other way around.

That argument should be outlawed.

Kind of funny to see Neil MacDonald of all people end up on the bad side of the loyal CBC commentariat for pointing out the simple truth of "meet the new boss, same as the old boss".

Same but different criticisms.

Everywhere there's lots of piggies
Living piggy lives
You can see them out for dinner
With their piggy wives
Clutching forks and knives to eat their bacon

Yeah, but they'd actually have to work for it.

That was my thought in posting it. It would either get ripped for being from CBC, or because it was by Neil MacDonald. But the fact that he is saying the same thing everyone here was already saying would be totally lost. ;)
