Or disable the internet connectivity on your new vehicle, if that's possible. Who the fuck needs all that stuff in a car anyway.

With the changes in Copyright laws, you don't actually own the software that controls the vehicle, so you can't disable it.

Win / win! :(

I've always liked the look of '70's era ford pickups.

Just need an engine and steering box transplant. Maybe upgrade the brakes...

Most of these newer vehicles are the ones with all the unneeded connectivity. From about 2010 on. If you like the looks, just get a newer chassis and motor, and do a body swap! :)

Naw, just ask around and find a local auto shop that will sanitize the wifi and Bluetooth features from the car and you'll be fine.

Or just don't worry about it and proceed on. No need to worry about this type of stuff.

'Zactly! I think I saw a Powerblock series where they did a mid 90's F-250 Dually chassis that they grafted a Dodge 3500 body on to. Cummins Turbo Diesel in a Dodge! [B-o]

You need it so your kids can remain drooling zombies and you need an extra monthly data charge from OnStar as well.
Besides, it's just so hard to find 6th Ave and 4th St when you're on 4th Ave at 10th St.
Sorry to be so critical, but Mom made us stop and read every one of those Point of Interest signs all across Canada, and I still remember what Northern Ontario and the Prairies look like from when I was like 12.
And there's nothing on a computer as useful as those big folding maps!

No need to worry about this. Proceed.

Oh, wait . . .

$1:
In the two researchers’ analysis, three vehicles were ranked as “most hackable”: the 2014 models of the Infiniti Q50 and Jeep Cherokee and the 2015 model of the Cadillac Escalade. The full results, summarized in the chart below, show that the 2010 and 2014 Toyota Prius didn’t fare well either.
