The Chinese Communist Party has a membership of about 78 million which means that the nation is effectively ruled by less than 5% of the population. 95% of Chinese citizens have no voice whatsoever in their government and I'd never hold them responsible for the policies of that minority.

Ethnic Tibetans, Koreans, Kazakhs, Bui, Zhuang, Dong, Uyghur, and etc. Chinese citizens are wholly absent in the rolls of the Chinese Communist Party's ruling elite. Other than Han or Manchu Chinese, no other ethnic group has ever been represented in the executive Politiburo.

Kindly do not represent China's Communist government as any kind of democratic entity. It isn't and you know better.
