You were always free to create that thread if you wanted to. No one here was going to stop you. Considering a mass shooting is now a daily occurrence in your country, and that some soldier with PTSD blowing up is hardly that much of a surprise anymore, it would clog the entire board if every single incidence of American gun violence got it's own separate thread.

Thanos Thanos:

It's just something buzzing in the back of my head the last couple of days. The Kansas shooting made my antennae stand up straight. All the security agencies in the United States completely missed what Mohammed Atta and his team was up to prior to Sept 11 2001, even though so much of it was out in the open with warning signs by the dozen. Being bureaucratic in nature they're just as likely to miss something big in the works again, maybe even moreso considering it's a lot easier for a domestic terrorist or movement sympathizer to infiltrate a government agency and route intelligence in the opposite direction than it would be for a Muslim to do the same.

Something like this, they found the 14 year old Dutch girl terrorist pretty quick..

http://nos.nl/artikel/635803-american-a ... er-nl.html

They only missed the tweet where she said..

omg im so scared im just a 14 year old white girl im not a terrorist pls.

I love the mentality in this thread and the other one. Whenever a little lefty stands up to a big, bad right wing govt they're some kind of modern day hero.

But when a little righty stands up to a big, bad left-wing govt, he's just some anti-govt nut.

I guess the memo didn't get around that lefties can be greedy, self-serving shits too.

Considering how many Tea Party and Militia types showed up with guns to fight the government on this rancher's behalf, I'd say that's accurate for once.

Why do so many of you automatically assume that condemnation of the right-wing nut is a de facto approval of the left-wing nut? There is lots of room in the middle for people of good conscience to justifiably condemn the living shit out of both the utterly repellent and utterly despicable extremist sides of the spectrum.

"I wish I was a Canadian Native and/or a GOP-contributing Nevada rancher. That way I can expect the taxpayer suckers to support me in my traditional lifestyle for my entire existence. And, no, I do not have to contribute my fair share at all, and it's racist/Communistic of you to even ask that question!". There, see how easy it is to play the game.

Ah ok. So the rancher is an anti-govt nut because some wannabe warriors showed up to support him? When was the last time you held yourself personally responsible for the actions of others?

I was out of the country when that went down. At this point it's old news and the only 'controversy' revolves about why the FBI sent out a warning of a possible Muslim shooter at Fort Hood who called himself 'Booker' online. Here's a video that ran from FOX before the shooting took place:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_dGOVEdq ... e=youtu.be

$1:
EXCLUSIVE: The FBI is searching for a recent Army recruit believed to be planning a "Fort Hood-inspired jihad against U.S. soldiers," FoxNews.com has learned.

The alert, whose legitimacy was confirmed by military and law enforcement officials, stated that a man identified as Booker had told friends of his "intention to commit jihad." Booker, who is also known as Muhammad Abdullah Hassan, was recruited by the U.S. Army in Kansas City, Mo., in February 2014 and was scheduled to report for basic training on April 7. But he was discharged last week, apparently after law enforcement authorities learned of his alleged plan.

Both the FBI and the 902d Military Intelligence Group at Fort Leavenworth are involved in the hunt.

The alert, a copy of which was obtained by FoxNews.com, was sent out by the FBI's Kansas City Division on Friday and distributed through the U.S. Marine Corps. The portion obtained by FoxNews.com did not include Hassan's photo or age. It was also sent to the Kansas City Police Department, which could indicate authorities believe he may have remained in the area where he was recruited.

The alert is titled, "Planned Fort Hood-inspired Jihad against US Soldiers by Army Recruit" and was issued "to inform and protect officers who may encounter this individual or others exhibiting the same aspirations." The source of the information contained in the alert was listed as "An FBI agent."

The question now is was Lopez the guy the FBI was looking for or are they still looking for a potential shooter who may still be planning another attack on Fort Hood?

I think that's a 100% reasonable question to ask.

But does it rate a topic at this point? I don't think so.

Because it's usually a left-wing-nut doing the condemnation. And just because they call someone a 'right wing extremist' doesn't mean they really are a right wing extremist.

Richard Jewell stands out in my memory as someone who was falsely accused of being a right wing militia terrorist by a bunch of leftards in the media and the government.

And the spate of crazy shooters we've had in the past few years has included the Gabby Giffords shooter who shot her because she wasn't liberal enough for him and the Sandy Hook ghoul who had been a registered Democrat before he re-registered independent.

Not that I'm blaming the left for these shooters, I'm just saying that they were NOT the 'right wing extremists' the media wanted them to be.

The Kansas shooter ran for public office under both parties. He shot Jews. Something these far left conspiracy freaks are missing is Jew haters gravitate more to the left when they gravitate at all.

The fingers pointing right generally appear in the first week following an event. After that all the facts come out and there's usually something like the Communist Manifesto under the bed, then voices get curiously quiet until the next time something happens, but the facts aren't out yet.

Except in the Kansas case, your shooter is from that notorious lefty organization the KKK.

I saw this guy make this statement on Hannity's show. Apparently he doesn't know which century he's in

His personal grievance with federal authority doesn't stop with the BLM, though. "I believe this is a sovereign state of Nevada," Bundy said in a radio interview last Thursday. "I abide by all of Nevada state laws. But I don’t recognize the United States government as even existing."
