The 4 or 5 supposed cases others have brought up make an extremely small percentage of the Canadian police population. To tar all of them with the same brush because of a few idiots is blatently unfair. Your opinion is not supported by facts, which makes it a bias.
As some else once said, its easy to dismiss sources you dont like. The fact is simple. It happenes way more often then it should. and while I agree that 75 percent of police are great and are there for the right reasons, the other 25 are not.
The main point of disccusion is that the ones who do get caught and are bad and are let off 99.9 perecent of the time. When In the very same instance had the cop not been a cop he would be sitting in jail with a stretched asshole.

Again, urban legends spread by the un-educated and unknowing without foundation or specifics.
Or the usual load of bollocks from cop-haters.
The constable Ferguson case isnt an urban legend, google it if you dare and tell me there isnt a different set of laws for cops and friends then the local joe.
I dont hate cops, just corrupt crooked people that think their job gives them the right to be above others,my uncle and cousin are both rcmp.
Plus we have a couple other unsolved cases here involving a murdered school teacher,a jelous husband who got murdered and an rcmp officer who will remain nameless.
Max Haines will someday print a story if any of the 3 murders here other then the Varley murder become solved.
It will be the crime of the century in Canada if ever solved, and I forgot to mention the gal that worked at Leo's pub in pincher the time this was all happening who walked home after her shift in the am and was found dead months later in the castle river on a road leading out of pincher creek.
We have 3 out of four murder cases unsolved here and they all involve a cop.
