I pax huge taxes for my 'free' health care and the hospitals are old and packed. The region I live has doubled in size over the past 15 years. We have the same two hospitals and no new roads have been built but apparently Canada needs to import more people.

I'm not convinced on this.

I'm not sure voting for the least shite candidate means that much. For one thing of course, what's least shite for you is most shite for the next guy. And, I think we can agree, once in power they all pretty much play the same game, because we let them. I'm not being superior here, I'm not all that "involved" myself, just getting on with my life.

We all have the right to complain, but by itself it doesn't do much good.

If we can give Quebecers a "country within a country," whatever the fuck that means, we can give the Native Indians tax free status and let them govern themselves on their own reserves.

We can. But we shouldn't. It doesn't do either them or us any good. Canada isn't a bad country to live, lots of people from all over the world seem to want to move here, and mostly don't seem to ask for special rights.
