Just a few points about this: First, this is just a kid. That is no excuse for this stupidity, but like acne, it will go away in most people, The problem, a few will carry it on into adult life and so it needs to be stopped. Second, like kids writting on the bathroom wall in Grade 9, it incites other kids to add more intense stupidity. I would say, like courts do for other offenders of a young age, retract what you say and don't do it again or go home.

I say pass a law to strip traitors like this of their citizenship and place them on a television show where Canadians get to call in and vote what country we want to deport these retards to.

I vote for Syria, since they seem to be a "progressive muslim state" that just happens to love torture for tortures sake, while not seeming to really have any moral scruples about who, what, why or where.

For starters because it is obvious sedition. If he was WASP it would be different. In this case, charges would be represented as some sort of discrimination and whoever brought the charges would be brought before a "human rights tribunal".
