With the exception of the "Bad Cops" thread, as once in a while they are black.

For the US look at the DoJ and FBI stats. Last time I checked, in 2015 Black people committed 52% of all homicides in the US. And since you went there, that means that 52% of all homicides in the US in 2015 were committed by people who represent just 13% of the population. By the by, they also committed about 55% of all other violent crimes.

In 2017 in Canada 38% of those accused of homicide were Aboriginal. While about 25% of all homicides were gang related.
Canadian stats either don't really track the race of the victims and perpetrators outside of the FN, or else the're buried deep somewhere.
