I definitely agree with one thing the article said - Vancouver drivers aren't courteous.

When I was there in 2009, I was shocked by what a bunch of jackasses they are when they are behind the wheel.

Driving in Vancouver is a skill especially with the new immigrant drivers who have the big N on the back of their cars but can't drive worth shit such as this one N Asian woman driving her new BMW who almost ran down a young flagger in a construction zone because she didn't know what the signs meant..

Oh hell they do shit like that here all of the time, so the claim of not understanding the signs is BS....they don't like to follow rules, rules are for other people. The Chinese are a danger to themselves and others whether they are walking, riding bikes or operating something mechanized.

Wait.... when did cars in Canada start using "N's" on vehicles for new drivers? I noticed they do that here in Australia using "L" for Learners, but I just left Canada in January and never saw any cars using those.... or is that just a BC thing?
