Did Obama pardon any non-Americans? Now considering the crime is 55 years ago and he's been a good boy since, it would be cool for Obama to give him one, but I don't really have much sympathy for the guy. Regardless of the stupidity of youth, he still committed a crime in a foreign country. No nation's leader is the least bit obligated to grant a pardon so that person can travel to their country again.
Mind you, it's a bit silly that he's been making the trip for years and then got cut off but, there's no God given right that let's someone from Canada enter the US if they don't want you to enter, period.

New fees and a new gas tax - my truck and tent trailer plus family - $150.00 or so.
