Freakinoldguy Freakinoldguy: Gunnair Gunnair: Freakinoldguy Freakinoldguy: Well............. one out of two ain't bad. Which one? The one without all the BIG LETTERS. Nice. I very much enjoyed my brief time as a NESOP, but when I transferred to the reserves to go to university, my only OPs option was NCIOP. I found out after talking to a few folks, that if I wanted seatime on the Pigs, I should go boatswain since NCIOP was a joke. On the MCDVs, boatswain was the way to go. Boarding Party, boats, Force Protection, and of course, gunnery. I absolutely fell in love with the 40mm. A pleasure to work on and fun as hell to shoot. Yep, for hands on fun as a killick and for later ops/mission planning as a senior NCO, Boatswain was the best!

Best job in the World, little own the Navy and I wouldn't have swapped one second of it for time as any other trade. ![Drink up [B-o]](./images/smilies/drinkup.gif) So you and yours have yourself a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.

Makes it easier to rescue your livestock when a MacDonald has it firmly in a lap lock

ShepherdsDog ShepherdsDog: Makes it easier to rescue your livestock when a MacDonald has it firmly in a lap lock Theoretical nonsense. There isn't a Campbell alive that would allow one of its flock to stray. The only rescuing is done between the Duke of Argyle against the Earl of Bredalbane and the Earl of Cawdor. At best, the only other example of rescuing would have been that galley shipment of lanolin sent to the Glenorchy Campbells from the Louden lads. Homage to one of those Glenorchy Hogmanay Gone Wild evenings done at the local stable.
