Russia's invested more in the arctic than Canada, plus better equipment, government funding with the addition of its President/Prime Minister who ever the hell is in charge, actually acting on his promises instead of shadow words. Put up or shut up Canada, that's all I have to say. Get those Ice breakers, patrol ships, sub sensors, troops and other essentials to back up Canada's tuff words......otherwise, shut up.
