Gaza has been in the headlines since the Balfour Declaration of 1917. That's maybe more than 5 clicks.......

Brenda Brenda: Those were not "peaceful activists" or "innocent people bringing aid". They were armed to the teeth, and only there for one reason: to push their point.
Ummmm....no.

Tman1 Tman1: Do the crime, do the time. Getting tired of these 'activists' be it 'environmentalists, pot smokers, animal rights, anti-government, etc, etc. Funny--didn't see teabaggers on your list. Wonder why?

Ummmm....no. Uhm, yes. Those Turks were NOT unarmed. Knifes, guns and clubs. Yep. Unarmed, and peaceful. Sure.

Ummmm....no. Uhm, yes. Those Turks were NOT unarmed. Knifes, guns and clubs. Yep. Unarmed, and peaceful. Sure. A bunch of sticks and a machetes is not "armed to the teeth." I have a bunch of sticks and knives in my house, but I wouldn't consider myself "armed to the teeth." Nice try.

You don't go out to sea to "bring aid" and claim innocence, right?

Again, knives and clubs don't count as "armed to the teeth." When you say armed to to the teeth, you're talking automtic wepoas, RPGs and that kind of things. Not stickls and stones. Nice try.

Wow. Who pissed in your cereal today?
Sorry, but people who claim innocence, and turn out to be armed, are just not that innocent imho.

Turned out to be not so much.

Come on Zip. These 'passengers' on the MV Hamas were not tourists or unbiased aid workers.

I don't have a problem with aid workers carrying weapons in international water to protect themselves from piracy if they don't have some sort of escort. They shouldn't have atttacked the boarding party, it's not like they didn't know who the IDF were. THey were looking to start an incident.

No one. The statement that the people on that boat were "armed to the teeth" is flatly wrong and I'm calling you on it, that's all. Nothing personal.
