Mr_Canada Mr_Canada: I wish I was a nerd, I'd have switched to Linux by now. Nothing complicated about Linux. It's just a piss poor OS for most uses because most popular programs aren't exactly compatible.

Mr_Canada Mr_Canada: I wish I was a nerd, I'd have switched to Linux by now. Linux is to computers what kit-cars are to motor heads. Don't sell yourself short because you're more interested in using your computer as opposed to spending countless hours on 4chan discussing the pros and cons of the latest open source update. Linux is for guys who don't date...at all.  I'm happy to hear that at least in this regard, you're doing just fine.

$1: I also don't know if I'd want to convert this computer or get a new one (we have a $200 Windows XP computer for sale at work with 160 GB of disc space and 1GB of RAM, which is far better than my computer.) Also, better video cards, sound cards, everything. It even has 9 USB ports. No monitor, but everything else. I just don't have $200 and I don't need it, my computer is fine. Convert your old comp to Linux. It runs better on older systems than Windows does. I have an old XP box that I converted to a Linux server.

They're already frosting their tips, using anti aging under eye cream, packing man purses, and now this. Too many more "breakthroughs" and they'll start menstruating.
