Regina Regina:
I think it's more an issue of hygiene. Are they too lazy to change out of their street clothes and hop into bed as well? I sleep in Gap boxer briefs and I've never been so lazy that I couldn't throw on a pair of sweats and a t-shirt to out in. I just don't get it.........
Oh I hear ya, no worries.

I've never understood it either. Given a choice (in some cases), I'd have to vote for the sleep pants though.

The other thing to consider is the fact that (we did a poll at work last week

) most people
don't actually wear the sleep pants to bed. They sleep with nothing and put the pants on in the morning in lieu of a bathrobe or sweats (as I explained earlier as a comfort preference).
Does it exhibit laziness? Absolutely.
Would I ever do it? No.
Have I seen worse alternatives for street attire? Yep.

Although, on the other hand........there are a few I'd like to see in their PJs.
I'm not even allowed to sit on my couch and read the morning paper without putting pants or something on. The no shirt, no shoes, no service rule has been eased though.
