Annihilator Annihilator:
I'm sorry, but if you're dumb enough to ride in the trunk of a car, you deserve to be removed from the gene pool.

Trunk of a car, back of a pickup, bucket of a front end loader and on top of a flatbed trailer. Had 10 people in my '69 Impala for and extended road trip. Been there done all of that.

But not at 140km\h. The driver is the idiot.

You need to have respect for the numbers on your speedometer. Not that I've never travelled that fast, I've gone quite a bit faster in my youth. But not with a carload of people and not in traffic.

I'm not condoning any of this, just saying it can be done with relative safety.

I would hold the driver responsible. No one else.

raydan raydan:
The radio in Quebec is mentioning this morning something about a curfew for young drivers. Sorry, I don't have more info. I heard this while driving to work and wasn't paying attention that much.

I don't think a curfew will help much, you can be just as stupid
during the day.

Here's the program...

1st year.. 50cc moped
2nd year.. 100cc small bike
3rd year.. < 400cc motorcycle

4th year.. less than 1.5 litre car with restrictions, no passengers, no night.
5th year.. remove restrictions.

All stages require theory and practical testing..

Hasn't stopped you from saying stupid things (above).

I disagree completely,

Especially when the only other option is to walk 2 miles in 35 degree temperatures hungover, :)

So go fuck yourself, :D

Oh puuh-lease, don't tell me that she's a victim now. She knew she was leaving her home in the trunk of a fucking car, if you're not smart enough to say that you should find a safer way to ride a car, there's no excuse for your stupidity.

Come on, who can seriously think that this was a good idea?

Getting in a car with a driver that is dumb enough to do that kind of stuff (or that you don't know) isn't smart as well.

I think everyone has got into a trunk once... That's the driver's fault for RACING with 2 people in the trunk and 3 others in the car !

I used to have a 1957 Pontiac, going to the drive in with the g/f beside me and 4 people crammed into the trunk was the accepted way of cutting down expenses, just as long you weren't caught......did I just date myself??

Yes who hasn,t raced someone but it seems the kids today think it is a joke a video game where no one gets hurt. When I was racing it was not on the city streets main ones it was possible on side streets or on the highways late at night , less traffic around . Still wrong but we thought about others and getting caught .
