Well your experience must be fairly limited if you think that the IDF don't have some of the best trained and motivated soldiers in the world. Conscripts are only poorly motivated if they have no self interest in the conflict.

Canadian conscripts were also some of the best soldiers the British Empire could field.

True, my experiences has been with those who were forced into service and really had no interest in serving.

I mean, that all our residents (except arabs) know what to do with M16. When the soldiers have day off they go home with their weapon. They have to be with it everywhere.

I knew Israeli Arabs that served in the IDF, usually policing Arab towns, but they were all volunteers, and not conscripts. The Druze and the Bedouins both have served in Israel's military since its founding.

The Arabs serve in police (usually, like a local policeman). The Druze and the Bedouins usually serve in army as frontier guards. These guys are absolutely crazy.
As I know, they don't like Arabs so much.
Just wonder, where do you know all this stuff ?

I think there is a huge difference between Israeli conscripts and say German or Italian conscripts, who in my experience were indeed shite soldiers.

Israeli's of all ages know that their nation faces daily threats to their very existence from all around them. That kinda hones your level of commitment.

The Italians just have to deal with too many hot women and Berlusconi.

If Iran and Israel get into a conflict, they both loose lose.

If iran's regime falls it will be much worse than what happen to Iraq after the fall of saddam. The oil fields will certainly come to a standstill. With no foreign troops to secure the nation who knows what sort if morbid regime will arise.
