sounds like a big and heavy piece of crap. Jet engines are not fuel efficient on low altitude and are slow to get instant power. Those planes have to land to refuel with water.

My solution is buy a bunch of canadian made water bombers. They can get their water by scimming over a lake and are turbo-prop -> instant power when they need it.
