you said what was wrong about singing the anthem everyday.

where did I say the death threats are acceptable?

would you like a homework project like Mr C got? :P

I still do not understand what is wrong with it. The school my kids attend does not play the anthem everyday. Does that make it a bad school? I don't think so.

Second, you laughed about his medical leave. I assume you think it is funny that the guy might not have been able to handle stuff that got pretty personal. I have not heard you try to convince me otherwise.

there is nothing wrong with not singing the anthem every day, just don't break tradition because a couple of people don't want to participate.

I never said death threats are acceptable, now or it the original thread. It's too bad the consequences of his decision have gotten this far (out of hand) however he now has to live with it.

Medical leave? how about stress leave?

I still don't get you guys...

What is wrong with NOT singing the anthem everyday, a decision he made 1.5 years ago. That is wrong in your opinion, but him receiving death-threats is ok??

Talk about fools and ass clowns...

once again

it was the fact that he removed it because of the complaints of only a couple of parents.

No, not anymore. That was dealt with. This is another story, same guy, but now the effects it all had on him.

The death threats of a couple of people that, according to you, is an acceptable respons to a maybe not so smart action.

People make stupid decisions. Maybe this was one of them, maybe not. It was a business decision. It got personal. Never mix business with pleasure, remember?

The guys life has totally changed, over a decision he made that a couple of parents didn't agree with, and went public, over a year later. Where were they when he made that decision?

Exactly. Everyone who got upset about this clearly couldn't have cared that much or they would have noticed sooner. I hope the death threats are prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

A couple of people didn't agree with the breaking of the tradition...

He does have to live with it, and obviously can't do that in his job...

Do you realize what stress does to a body? Nothing wrong with medical leave because of stress related issues, in this case.
