geez, this shouldn't be uncharted territory.

There are countries where thehijab is very common. lets look at the safety statistics on hijab wearing lifegaurds,

then make a decision based on facts, not personal opinions.

No where in the Koran or its source of inspiration, the Bible, does it mention women covering up in tarps. It says that men and women both, should dress modestly.

Does that pretty well rule out breastfeeding in the hijab store ?

I'm from the safety committee! She has every right to wear that ridiculous outfit as long as she remembers to wear the safety glasses and steel toed boots too!
