xerxes xerxes:
I noticed it too. I'm as curious as you are as to which report is more accurate: CNN's or the Marines? IS CNN trying to make news or is the Corps trying to save face?
News at 11 I guess.
I think you still don't get it.
All three stories were all reportable as claims. And all three claims were reported by both Gannet Media's Marine Corps Times and Megyn Kelly. I don't know if CNN ever caught up or not.
There was the claim by the pentagon official that the guns had been turned over to the Yemenis, then the claim from Sanaa's airport that guns were turned over to Houthis.
Then, according to Gannet media's Marine Corps times some Marine official (were not sure who) made a claim the guns were somehow smashed and left somewhere.
$1:
A Marine official with knowledge of the movement told Marine Corps Times on Wednesday that all personal and crew-served weapons had been rendered inoperable, but could not address how they had been made so or how they were disposed of before the Marines departed.
I've heard both Megyn Kelly and now Gannet Media's Marine Corps Times report on all three of those claims. Megyn reported on all three, but did so in two installments. So again, what's the problem. Both Fox's Megyn Kelly and Gannet Media's Marine Corps Times are saying the same thing?
