It's Zug Island. Or rather the industry on it. It was determined that the hum is caused by cyclical vibrations. The island is essentially one big steel mill so it's not likely to be a geological phenomenon.

In the vernacular, "hum" also means to have a stink emanating from you. In that case, Windsor sure has a helluva hum. :lol: Well, it did when I lived there anyway.
