What's well known here is it's the Chinese criminal element that are the problem. They've been using the casinos to launder money. Millions and millions of dollars.
It's sounding like Drake got caught up in the rules they've come up with to combat that. An interesting bit of irony is they pretty much have to enforce those rules equally across races. If they just enforce them on the Chinese they'll be called racists.
