Well, I guess you could list that as an advantage of breast implant. DRs can advertize this isn't only surgury enhance a lady figue but it's an internal flak jacket which will protect you from crazed gun men.
They have to come up with something similar for us guys so we don't get our Johnsons shot off.

More money is spent on breast implants and viagara, than is being spent on finding a cure for Alzheimer's. At this rate, in another 30-40 years, we're gonna have an aging population with big tits and raging hard-ons with NO clue what to do with them.
